Sid the Science Kid Shown with Accessibility in Semillitas

Semillitas, the fabulous children channel in Spanish, added Sid the Science Kid to the series that broadcasts with captions and video description.

Sid is a curios and fun young boy who finds answers to his questions with the help of his classmates, his teacher and his family. The series is directed to preschoolers. It teaches basic scientific principles and solves mysteries like "Why does a banana turn brown?" or "Why does the planet spin in a circle?"

Sid has a microphone in one hand and extends his arms to the sides

Sid the Science Kid has been nominated several times to the Day Time Emmy Awards as “Outstanding Children Animated Program” and to the TCA Award of the Television Critics Association.

If you want your children to learn about science beginning at a young age, check Sid out. He will make it fun!
