La Oveja Eléctrica and Reflejos Crónicas de la Ciudad broadcast with accessibility on Canal 22 Internacional 

During this month, Canal 22 Internacional is broadcasting La Oveja Eléctrica Season 12 and Reflejos Crónicas de la Ciudad with subtitles and audio description produced by Dicapta.

La Oveja Eléctrica is a popular science program that began airing in 2007. In a very creative way, it explains scientific concepts mixing animations, poetry, music and literature. Among its guests, it has had renowned scientists and writers, and several Nobel laureates such as George Smoot (2006 Nobel Prize in Physics) and the Mexican Mario Molina (1995 Nobel Prize in Chemistry). In Mexico in 2014, the program won the National Prize for Journalism in the category of Science Promotion.

The clip below includes a fantastic space trip with Stephen Hawking.

Reflejos Crónicas de la Ciudad is a 13-episode series that deals with issues such as the presence of punk, the fight for the rights of the LGTBI community and the gestation of rock bands in Mexico City. These and other expressions are now part of the city’s identity.
