Al Natural Presented with Accessibility on HITN 

The TV program Al Natural is broadcast on HITN with captions and video description in Spanish. In this program the Mexican chef Alfredo Oropeza presents delicious and healthy recipes that need short preparation times and use reduced amounts of sodium, added sugar, or calories. Alfredo also gives recipes for vegans, vegetarians, and people with celiac disease, diabetes, or hypertension.

In addition, Al Natural presents stories of people who changed their lives by eating healthier and exercising. The program also has a website with recipes that can be browsed by ingredients or according to your specific type of diet, for example: vegan, vegetarian, raw, paleo, etc.

Al Natural TV Schedule, eastern standard time:

Wednesdays - 1:00 p.m. 
Sundays - 12:30 p.m.
